Van is our CEO and leads the company's vision, communication, programming, and projects. She was the Chief Operating Officer before assuming her position as Chief Executive. Her work as a member of our Board of Directors and with Jimmie Wheeler spans ten years. 

Her extensive network in the entertainment industry spans 25 years, earning her the trust of local, national, and international models, actors, producers, directors, and screenwriters. Van began her career as a hair salon owner, makeup artist, and hairstylist. She honed her public speaking skills as a salesperson and educator for Sebastian International. Her attention to detail and genuine passion for helping others achieve their dreams made her transition from hair stylist to talent manager seamless.

She gained momentum in the industry when her company Forte' Talent Management, was acquired by DKM Capital Management. Soon after the acquisition, she joined a few DKM partners to create a new management company, Duke and Sterling, for actors, producers, directors, and writers.

Van was awarded a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. She is a bilingual speaker of Vietnamese.
